We typically work out of the Urban Tech Hub at Company, a vertical innovation campus, located near Grand Central Terminal in midtown Manhattan, but at the moment and for the foreseeable future are working remotely from home. We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to help support our growing subscriber base of community solar customers.
Whether it's responding to customers by phone and email on a daily basis or working with our operations team to help customers get the most from their community solar program, you will be tasked with keeping customers informed and excited about their participation. Salary is $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience with opportunity for advancement.
